Space can be difficult to find on airplanes at busy holiday times. We urge you to make reservations and purchase tickets well in advance of school vacations to help make sure a student does not lose class time or miss exams. Students leaving early or returning late risk receiving lower grades.
All students register at our campus and move into dormitories on Monday, August 19, 2024 (not before) between 3:00 and 7:00 pm. A family barbecue will be served, 5:00 to 6:30 pm.
Students may leave after exams end on Wednesday, December 18, after 3:30 p.m. (or on Thursday, December 19). Resident students should return to their dorms on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, by 8:00 p.m. Classes resume on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.
Students may leave after exams end on Friday, March 7, after 4:30 p.m. (or on Saturday, March 8). Resident students should return to their dorms on Sunday, March 16, by 8:00 p.m. Classes resume on Monday, March 17, 2025.
Students may leave after graduation programs end Friday afternoon, May 23, 2025.
*International students may stay on campus for all or part of any holiday at no extra cost if arranged with the Student Office a minimum of two weeks prior to the start of vacation. There are activities, meal service, and supervision every day of the year. Call or write the Student Office with your travel plans in advance:
